Our Clinic & Family Practice sees patients on a walk-in basis during normal clinic hours and during after-hours (after 5pm on weekdays) to accommodate the needs of our patients. This service is provided to allow individuals with acute medical needs to be seen and evaluated without the need for an appointment. While it is always prefered to make an appointment to facilitate your visit in the quickest manner, you are still welcome to walk in. If you have made an appointment, we kindly request that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to process your required registration information.
In the event that you are unable to maintain your appointment, you are kindly advised to call our office to reschedule/cancel your appointment. you are required to give at least 24 hrs notice prior to your scheduled appointment. if you do not give notice within our timeframe, Ceremonial Medical Centre reserves the right to charge a fee.
Please note that our walk in clinic hours may be subjected to change without notice. To help reduce extended wait times for our patients, typically the physician may accept the last patient up to 30 mins before our posted closing time.
Please be also advised that accepting the last patient is at the discretion of the Doctor on call, who may not be subjected to our posted office hours.
Please also note that our facility temporarily closes between 2:30PM-3:30PM for our scheduled Medical Staff Break

A valid physical, non-digitalized Health Card is required for ALL visits at Ceremonial Medical Centre, for ALL Walk-in Patients AND Family Practice Patients . In the event that you do not have a valid physical Health Card, a cash service fee will be charged for your visit. We do not accept photographs as a valid replacement for a health card.
